To Chief Minister, Governor, and Education Minster: Gilgit Baltistan
Especially: Secretary Education Gilgit Baltistan Syed Hadi

If you put in 800 million or 80 cores, you could set up top quality 80 TCF schools, in every major town of G-B that give top quality education, to G-B children, and also provide teacher training for free...
So don’t waste Gilgit Baltistan Education budget money on UNECEF, and instead give to TCF The Citizens Foundation http://www.thecitizensfoundation.org/

•	Today TCF, which started in 1995, has 730 purpose-built school units nationwide with an impressive enrollment of 102,000 students. The organization emphasizes on career guidance, a modern balanced curriculum and extra-curricular activities to empower its students to compete in all walks of life. Also TCF has a 100% pass rate for its students compared to Gov schools that have less than 50% pass, and spends less than half per student as per Gov, while achieving this 100% pass result.
