Islamabad (Pakistan News Online) The Islamabad High Court has reconciled a husband and wife in a family case that has been going on for 3 years, The couple, residents of Islamabad, agreed to live together again.
According to private TV channel Geo News, the husband and wife signed a court order in the court of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, expressing their agreement to live together.
The court ordered the husband to keep his wife in a separate section for life, The four children appeared in the court, and were introduced to their parents in the courtroom.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani interviewed the children present on the rostrum and said in his statement before the court that their mothers should come home. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani also gave gifts to the children.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, while giving remarks, said that children cannot be divided, children are not property, keeping a woman happy is a man’s job, men lack training, a woman who leaves her parents’ house should get love and respect, a man should show it by staying only in his wife’s house, it is a man’s job to provide separate accommodation, in this case the husband and family’s problem is more than the woman’s.
The court will issue a written order in this matter.
