Pakistan extends airspace closure for India by another month

 

Islamabad (Pakistan News) Pakistan has extended the airspace closure for India by another month.

Under this ban, Pakistan’s airspace will now remain closed for Indian registered aircraft till January 23, 2026, and in this regard, the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) has issued a new NOTAM with the approval of the government.

According to the NOTAM, all Indian registered passenger, military and private jets will not be allowed to pass through Pakistan’s airspace.

It should be noted that Pakistan has closed its airspace for Indian aircraft since April 23, 2025.
