Riyadh (Pakistan News) Two Pakistani citizens have been beheaded in Saudi Arabia for drug smuggling.
According to a statement issued by the Saudi Ministry of Interior, two people were arrested for trying to smuggle heroin and other drugs into Saudi Arabia by hiding them in different parts of their bodies.
Officials said that the court sentenced them to death after they were found guilty and a royal decree was issued to implement the sentence after the Supreme Court rejected their appeal.
According to officials, the two Pakistani citizens were sentenced to death in Mecca. The Saudi Ministry of Interior warned that those involved in such activities will face severe punishment.
