Punjab government announces Friday holiday
Lahore (Pakistan News online) The Punjab government has announced a public holiday on Friday, February 6, on the occasion of Basant.
Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari said that Lahore will have a holiday on February 6, only in Lahore there will be a Basant holiday.
It should be noted that the Punjab government has allowed the celebration of Basant in Lahore on the 6th, 7th and 8th of this month. On these three days, everyone, both special and common, will be allowed to fly kites within the rules and regulations.
It should be noted that February 5 is Kashmir Solidarity Day, February 6 is Basant and then Saturday and Sunday will be holidays.
