Lahore (Pakistan News) Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has announced a celebration at Liberty Chowk of Lahore on February 7 and said that citizens should come and celebrate Basant with us at Liberty Chowk.
According to details, Maryam Nawaz shared a song titled “Gudi Lahore di udi” (Kite flew of lahore) on the social networking website X.
in her message, Maryam Nawaz announced the celebration of Basant on February 7 at Liberty Chowk and appealed to the citizens of Lahore and Punjab to join on this occasion and celebrate Basant.
In her social media message, the Chief Minister declared the safety and well-being of the citizens as her top priority and asked the citizens to please temporarily secure the roof with three-layer nylon ropes if there is no wall or fence on your roof to avoid accidents during Basant.
Remember, citizens in Lahore are eagerly waiting for February 6, old mansions have been decorated with Basant-colored dupattas and kites. Pakistan’s largest kite has been installed in Lahore’s Liberty Chowk.
