Lahore (Pakistan News) The Lahore Sessions Court has confirmed the interim bail of YouTubers Rajab Butt and Zarak Nazir in a case related to the promotion of an online gambling app.
Additional Sessions Judge Zulfiqar Ahmed confirmed the interim bail of both the accused against surety bonds of Rs 1 lakh each.
The written decision of the court said that no such victim appeared before the investigating officer who took the stand that he was involved in gambling because of the accused.
According to the decision, the forensic report of the mobile phones of the accused has not been received yet.
The court said that the final decision on the conviction or acquittal of the applicant will be taken after the completion of the trial.
