Lahore (Pakistan News) The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new service that allows citizens to renew their weapon licenses from the comfort of their homes.
According to a post issued by NADRA, the renewal process for weapon licenses issued by the Federal Government and the Government of Punjab has become extremely easy. Citizens can now submit their applications and get their licenses renewed without leaving their homes.
To renew the weapon license, citizens need to download the PAK-ID mobile app on their smartphones and submit their application through it.
To update their mobile number, users must open the app, go to profile settings, and select the mobile edit option. After entering the new number, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent for verification. Once the OTP is entered, the number will be successfully updated.
A similar process can be followed to update the email address. The same steps apply.
By linking an active mobile number to their NADRA profile, citizens can receive instant notifications about their CNIC, Family Registration, and other related services.
