According to the Saudi Astronomical Institute, today, February 28, the moon of Ramadan will be directly above the Kaaba at 10:40 pm.
The head of the Astronomical Society, Engineer Majid Abu Zahra, further said that astronomically, since the moon will be directly above the Kaaba, the direction of the Kaaba will be accurately determined by looking at the direction of the moon from any point on Earth.
