Fujairah (Pakistan News) the groom reached the court after the bride set strict conditions for marriage In the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

According to media reports, the initial court in the city of Fujairah in the United Arab Emirates dismissed the case filed by the young man, in which it was claimed that his fiancée had imposed strict conditions for marriage that he could not afford.

A court in Fujairah has filed a case against his father-in-law and his future wife, requesting that the strict conditions imposed regarding marriage be canceled and the marriage should be held at the appointed time.

The young man further said in his claim that no such conditions were stated at the time of marriage, while he had given the prescribed dowry amount of 130,000 dirhams and jewelry and other valuables to the bride, and had also prepared a suitable house.

The young man told the court that a few days before the wedding, the bride demanded that she get married only when a party is arranged at a five-star hotel and a new car is bought and given to her. In addition, the house that has been prepared should be demolished and a house should be bought near the bride’s house and named in her name.

The plaintiff said that a few days ago, a loved one in his family passed away, due to which he could not get married with dignity. The plaintiff added that he was forced to inform the bride’s father, but he was adamant on his unusual conditions.

The young man pleaded with the court that in the current circumstances, he was not able to comply with these strict conditions, so his father-in-law should be convinced to marry, on which the court included a reform committee to resolve the matter so that the matter could be resolved by mutual consent. However, the parties stuck to their respective claims, and no one agreed to back down from their demand.

According to Dunya News, the court rejected the young man’s claim, saying that it is not the court’s authority to force anyone to marry and that a divorce cannot be granted without the bride’s consent.
