Chairperson 1000 Helpline and Chief Minister Complaint Cell Saima Farooq said that under Maryam Nawaz Ramadan Package, 1.1 million people have registered in Maryam ko batain (MKB) in 10 days, 9.1 lakh people registered in the mobile app, 1.4 lakh people registered in Helpline 1000, 0.5 lakh people registered in Maryam ko Batayn through the web portal, that is, on average, more than one lakh people were registered daily.
Temporary busyness of Helpline 1000
Some people have complained that Helpline 1000 remained busy, but now it has been revealed that Helpline “1000” received 1.8 million calls in an hour, that is, 30,000 calls per minute or 500 calls per second, which is a manifestation of the extraordinary trust and interest of the public.
