Waqar Naseem Wamiq, Riyadh – Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has strongly condemned the provocative actions carried out by the Israeli occupation forces at Al‑Aqsa Mosque, including the raising of the Israeli flag within the holy site.
In its statement, the Ministry denounced the recent unprovoked raid by Israeli occupation personnel on Al‑Aqsa Mosque and the act of hoisting the Israeli flag, calling it a serious violation.
The Ministry affirmed that Saudi Arabia rejects any measures aimed at altering the historical and legal status of Jerusalem and its sacred sites. It urged the international community to act immediately to stop Israel’s violent and unlawful practices and to halt actions targeting the Islamic identity of the holy sites.
