Consul General Sun Yan Inaugurates Cryofuge Machine Donated by Chinese People
Lahore (Pakistan News) Chinese Consul General Sun Yan visited the Lahore Centre of Sundas Foundation, where he was warmly received by Patron Sundas Foundation Sohail Warraich, Director Khalid Abbas Dar and the management of Sundas Foundation.
During the visit, Consul General Sun Yan met with children suffering from thalassemia, haemophilia, and other blood disorders. He inquired about their well-being and distributed gifts among them.
Later, Consul General Sun Yan formally inaugurated a Cryofuge machine donated by the people of China. On the occasion, he was briefed on the machine’s functionality, its role in the separation of blood components and its significance in the treatment of patients.
Speaking to the media, Consul General Sun Yan said that Sundas Foundation is a highly commendable organisation dedicated to serving humanity and has been providing treatment, care and hope to children suffering from thalassemia, haemophilia, and other blood disorders for many years.
He said that the friendship between China and Pakistan is not limited to diplomatic relations but is also rooted in mutual cooperation, compassion and a shared commitment to serving humanity.
He said that the machine donated by the Chinese people would play an important role in the treatment of patients and in providing them with quality healthcare facilities. Appreciating the services of Sundas Foundation, he said that China would continue to extend its cooperation in the welfare and humanitarian sectors in the future as well.
On the occasion, Patron Sundas Foundation Sohail Warraich presented an honorary shield to Consul General Sun Yan and expressed his gratitude for his visit to Sundas Foundation and for the donation of medical equipment by the people of China.
