Waqar Naseem Wamiq, Riyadh – The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, has approved the nomination of Dr. Sheikh Ali Al‑Hudhaifi to deliver the Arafat Day sermon, the central rite of Hajj.
Dr. Al‑Hudhaifi, a senior Imam of Masjid an‑Nabawi (PBUH), has been serving at the Prophet’s Mosque for many years and is widely respected for his scholarship and long-standing service. He has been officially selected as the Hajj 2026 Arafat sermon preacher.
With the royal approval, Dr. Al‑Hudhaifi will address millions of pilgrims during Wuquf‑e‑Arafat, the most significant pillar of the annual pilgrimage.
