Pakistani nationals fined for violating residence laws in Italy

 

Paris (Zahid Mustafa Awan) In the Italian city of Casale Postres, police and other law enforcement agencies raided a house where 10 Pakistani nationals were staying in a joint operation to enforce illegal residence and immigration laws.

The investigation revealed that the mandatory notification of the residence of the eight people had not been given to the authorities within the stipulated period, for which the responsible parties were fined a total of 8,000 euros.

During the operation, several administrative irregularities related to the house were also revealed, which have been handed over to the relevant municipal authorities for further investigation and possible legal action.

According to Italian authorities, such operations against immigration laws, residence regulations and illegal residence will continue in the future.
